Terms & Conditions

As a service providing company the annual / monthly
membership fee charged is just to avail the services
mentioned above on priority and at economical basis.
Actual costing of the services as per manpower and
material used will be borne by member separately.

If the member utilizes none of the services during
the membership period, no refund will be given.

Guardian reserves the right to discontinue the membership
with one month's notice.

Membership is not transferable and membership fee
once paid is non refundable.

The
services mentioned below will not be charged separately.
i.e. the manpower cost is included in nominal membership
fee.
- Purchasing prescribed medicines.

Purchasing monthly groceries.
-
Payment of electricity and other type of bills.

Assistance in banking transactions.

Reserving / procuring tickets for entertainment
- shows.

Making available books / cds.
-
Bi annual maintenance check ups
-
Collection of rent and depositing into clients
account.

The company is not liable for any kind of compensation,
if the member is not satisfied with the services given
by service providers.

All the services will be given at your doorsteps in
limited area initially and will be subsequently extended
in and around Pune.

If any disputes arise between our company and member;
the dispute would be solved with a Pune based private
arbitrator.

The company reserves the right to accept or deny the
membership.

Terms & conditions for health checkup.
- We would charge cancellation fee of $20, if the customer
wants to cancel the order before the date of the checkup.
- No refunds will be entertained once the health
checkup has been completed or if the dependant fails to come for the second visit for the final consultation with the doctor
after the reports are available.
- Any extra tests done on request from dependant or on request from the consultant for further diagnosis shall be charged to the dependant. In case the dependant prefers a payment from the customer (you),
then the same shall be billed to you. Reports shall be delivered only after full receipt of money.
- Guardian shall make best effort basis to fix priority
appointments and ensure that the tests are conducted in a convenient manner to the dependant. However, Guardian shall not be
responsible for contingent delays or cancellation or situations where the dependant / customer request cannot be adhered to,
for reasons such as diagnostic / establishment procedures. Ex: Certain tests like Fasting Blood Sugar have to done on an empty
stomach (min 8 hours); client should not have meat, alcohol in dinner prior to test. Prior information on requirements for
the diagnostic check will be provided to the dependant. Extra charges will be applicable if dependant has not adhered
to the procedure as a result of which the test has to be postponed after fixing of the appointment / cab / attendant.
- Guardian facilitates health checkups and shall be in
no way held responsible for the quality of tests / diagnosis / consultation rendered by any diagnostic lab / hospital / doctor.
YMI makes reasonable efforts to tie-up with the most reputed and recognized labs / hospitals in each city. In case of any
deficiency in the quality of medical services, the customer / dependant is free to proceed legally against the
service provider {lab / hospital / doctor} and shall not hold YMI or its directors / officials / employees / agents / representatives
responsible in any manner.
- Guardian reserves the right to cancel an order with
full refund without the need to assign any reason for such cancellation and shall not owe any explanation to the customer,
in such a case.
