offers care management services to help take care of
your senior parent in their own home environment when
adult caregiver children cannot be there to help out
as a complete package under one roof. As the older adults
age, they can become quite ill or frail, requiring a
high degree of assistance, treatment, rehabilitation
or medical care. Apart from the specific healthcare
needs, seniors also crave for social engagements to
boost their self worth in the twilight years and needs
assistance in social and domestic chores like payment

Annual Membership:
For one person: US $ 500
For a couple: US $ 750
Membership Privileges
Comprehensive Health Check
Just after becoming a member of Seenear Circle, the
member gets a comprehensive health check to ascertain
the present health condition on various parameters.
Guardian co-ordinates the health checks, with samples
being collected from home. Round trip transportation
from home to hospital/diagnostic centre if need be is
arranged by Guardian. Customized Health Plan (Provide
link to appropriate individual service)
Basis the results of the comprehensive check up and
a comprehensive Geriatric Consultation arranged at home,
Guardian suggests a Customized Health Plan for the elderly.
Guardian shall check in on regular basis with the elder
to make sure that things are going well, let the family
know the status, and make suggestions as things change
over time.
Customized One time house repair check up
Just after becoming a member of Guardian club, the member
gets a one time house repair check up, where our expert
civil engineer visits the house and communicates the
any possible maintenances problems if any. Kindly note
only quarterly visit is included in package if you need
to do any specific maintenance activities kindly check
our assorted property maintenance activities list.
Fortnightly visit by a Guardian team member
Regular follow-ups and evaluation can ensure better
health in elderly. Taking care of small things like
filling of electricity bills, arranging for transportation,
booking tickets, Reserving tickets for entertainment
show, making available of books, purchasing prescribed
medicines ect would be taken care by our local guardian
Continuous followup
Everday follow up on health by senior management to
check their health to avoid mishaps.
Health Screening
A half yearly Health Screening is done to ascertain
the present health condition of the members. Guardian
co-ordinates the health checks, with samples being collected
from home. Round trip transportation from home to hospital/diagnostic
center if need be is arranged by Guardian
Volunteering Opportunity
Guardian would try to arrange for various volunteering
opportunities for the elderly at various Old Age Homes
and Not for profit organizations. This provides them
with an opportunity to meet a different array of people
and satisfies their urge to be a larger part of the
society.
Birthdays and anniversary celebrations
Guardian team meets your loved one on their Birthday/
Anniversary or any other special day you want and gift
them flowers, greeting cards and make them feel special.
Assisted Nursing service
On your requirement we can avail nursing service for
you by coordinating with reputed local nursing buero.
However the actual cost of Nurse or person assisting
app Rs. 150-175 / day for 8 hrs day needs to be borne
by client.
Value added free services to our esteem client
Our client being NRI’s we provide our services
related to arranging of airport pick up and drop off,
booking of hotels in Pune, Domestic ticketing and arranging
local transport. However actual cost needs to be borne
by client
