private limited company, taking care
of parents and property of NRI's from
Pune, settled abroad. |

are the people behind the "Guardian"? |

Dr. Satish Desai runs the Guardian;
who was former Deputy Mayor of PMC
and well-known social worker. Team
of doctors, civil engineers, advocates,
financial consultants etc. assists
him in this project. |

What
is the geographical area of operations? |
|
Currently services would be provided
in sadashiv, Naryan, Shukarwar, Shanivar
peth, Shivajinar, Deccan Jymkhana,
Erandavne, and kothrud area. Subsequently
service area would be extended to
other parts of Pune City. |

Is
their any trial period? |
|
No, we do not offer trial period however,
you can try our assorted services at
minimum cost to get your self satisfied
before you decide to become member of
Guardian club. |

What
is the procedure to obtain the membership? |
|
You
can download the membership form from
our website and submit us via e-mail
/ fax or courier. On receipt of membership
form and payment for the package each
customer will be provided with an
account on our website. Through this
account he would be able to access
details on parents health and / or
property photos. |

How
do I pay? |
|
During trial period, you can pay us
by cheques / DD (From Pune banks).
All cheques / DD's should be drawn
in favor of " Guardian NRI Parental
& Property Care Pvt. Ltd".
Afterwards through wire transfer,
with the help of ABN Amro bank you
make the necessary payments. You can
also pay us using credit card by filling
small authorization letter. |

Is
the membership transferable? |
|
No,
membership is non transferable. |
| |
|
What
happens in case of legal disputes? |
|
Pune based private arbitrator would
solve any legal disputes arrived between
the company and the member. His decisions
would be final and binding on both
parties. |

How
many parents can be beneficiary of the
Guardian? |
|
We
can accept maximum of 2 parents staying
under one roof for parental care and
/ or 1 property (maximum 2000 sq feet)
for maintenance under Guardian team. |
